What date should I RSVP by?

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held in the grass outside of the barn, the cocktail hour will be outside the barn following the ceremony, and the reception will be inside of the barn.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking and there will be attendants to guide you to the correct lot. The venue is easily accessible by Uber or Lyft as well. There will be an open bar, so if you plan on drinking, please drink responsibly and reserve transportation to and from the venue.

What should I wear?

Answer

We invite you to dress in semi-formal attire for our wedding. Think dresses for women, and pants and a jacket for men. Please consider comfort since our celebration will be indoor/outdoor. You will be walking through grass and on a gravel path. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early.

What is the weather like?

Answer

The Tampa area in January is nice while the sun is out, but it will get a little cooler at night. The venue will have heaters and a bonfire set up in the outdoor areas.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel?

Answer

We have not booked one yet. If enough people reserve rooms at the hotel, then we will look into adding one.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Due to the area's noise ordinance the venue has an event end time of 10 p.m. We will update you regarding plans for an after-party for whoever is interested!
