Hotel Schatzalp - Davos

We recommend staying at the Schatzalp Hotel the night of the wedding as you have to take a (super cute) little train managed by the hotel to the venue and it shuts down at midnight to take you back to the city (we will wrap up at 11:00pm to make this possible, but the party will continue late at the hotel bar). Below are the prices we have arranged with the hotel (breakfast is included): - Double room facing the mountain: CHF 210/night - Double room on the valley side: CHF 250/night - Double room on the valley side Superior: CHF 300/night - Double room for single use at CHF 175/night Other nights of your visit, or for those that the above details do not work quite right for, there are additional hotels and AirBnBs in the area.

Where is the venue?

The Berghotel Schatzalp lies on a sun terrace high above Davos. The sourrounding area of the hotel is car-free, but with the Schatzalp funicular you get easily directly from the city center of Davos Platz to the hotel.

Train

Getting there by Public Transportation

Trains from Zurich international airport to Davos depart every hour from the airport. Journey times are ~2 hours 40 mins; change at Zurich Hauptbahnhof and at Landquart. Trains stop at Davos Dorf and Davos Platz so check before departure to make sure you’re going to Davos Platz (www.sbb.ch/en/home.html) It is only a short walk or car ride to the Schatzalp funicular Schatzalp-Bahn.
