We Recommend Staying in Ashland

While our wedding venue is a few minutes outside of town, the majority of our weekend will take place in Ashland (it's also a fun place to stay and easy to get around downtown on foot). It is not necessary to rent a car for our wedding weekend, as we plan to arrange a shuttle to our wedding venue from downtown Ashland. If you'd like to have a rental car to visit other surrounding areas such as hiking trails or wineries, there are rental cars available at MFR. Our hotels with group rates are below! There are also many wonderful Bed & Breakfasts and other smaller properties surrounding the Ashland downtown.

Flight

Medford International Airport (MFR)

The local airport, with flights on Alaska, American, Delta, United, and Allegiant, and just over 20 minutes from Ashland. There is Lyft and Uber, as well as taxis, or you can pre-book Cascade Airport Shuttle (541-488-1998). If you prefer to fly into a larger airport and do a road trip, San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 5+ hours south and Portland International Airport (PDX) is 4+ hours north. Ashland Springs Hotel

This is one of the nicer hotels in Ashland, and it is also historic! We have rooms held for Friday and Saturday nights, and you can add Thursday and/or Sunday nights if there is availability when you book. We have single queen rooms held that range from $195-235 per night. We have a limited number of rooms held until May 15, 2026, and please book early to guarantee availability.

The Stratford Inn

This is the most affordable hotel in the downtown area, and with our group discount all rooms are 10% off the public rate. This group rate is valid any combination of Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Double queen and single king rooms start at $157 and rooms with kitchenettes start at $180. There are also suites available with 2-3 beds. ROOMS ARE NOT BEING HELD, SO PLEASE BOOK EARLY TO GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY. Deadline to book for discount: May 18, 2026.

This hotel is right downtown and is holding rooms for us until June 1st, in case you'll be booking later. The group rate is valid any combination of Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights and they have double queen and single king rooms set aside for us (ranging from $255-293 per night).
