Question

Where and when is the wedding?

Answer

Hi! Both ceremony and reception will be at New Life Church, Peterborough, Ontario! The ceremony will start at 2pm and the reception is expected to begin at 6pm!

Question

Will there be food at the reception? Will I need to pay for my drinks?

Answer

We will be doing a cocktail hour reception, with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, it will be 5$ a can/glass for the alcoholic drinks. Our non alcoholic drinks will be free. Although there will be no dinner served for our guests, there will be treats and cupcakes. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or sensitivities, as we will try to accommodate any dietary restrictions so everyone can enjoy the evening!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Great question. This will be a no kids event. Unfortunately, we cannot take in any more people due to government restrictions, however, we do understand that there will be mothers with infants and toddlers, so only children under the age of 2 may attend. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Since the wedding is in such short time, we would like you to be RSVPed by no later than March 31st, 2021. Please don't leave it till last minute to tell us you cannot come; we have several people that did not make the original guest list that we would still like to come if there is room. Let us know ASAP if you cannot attend, or cannot attend in person. Thank you!

Question

Will I need to wear a mask?

Answer

Thank you for your question; As of right now, it is required that we wear masks in public settings (indoors and outdoors). If you are one of the few that are exempt from this rule (for health reasons etc), you do not need to wear one! Ages 3 and under are also not required to wear a mask. Should these rules change we will let you know!

Question

What happens if lockdown occurs?

Answer

We are praying that God will bless us with being able to have all of our invitees to join with us this lovely day, but should Covid-19 get worse, we will reassess what needs to happen and let you know if the wedding is postponed or if we have to uninvite guests. If you are at all concerned about your health but would still like to attend the wedding, there is no pressure to physically join us. We are planning to accommodate our far away guests by broadcasting the ceremony online and we would be happy to have you join us live online instead, should that make you feel more comfortable.

Question

Will I be able to bring my gift or card the day of the wedding?

Answer

Of course! We will have a wedding table set aside during the RECEPTION, so feel free to bring it. We thank you in advance for your kindness.

For all the days along the way
