Bride
You may know her as Kendall ;) Please see the FAQs if you're confused.
Groom
"Francis, like the Pope." --Francis to Kendall the second time we met because she didn't remember my name.
Maid of Honor
Hunter and I became friends our freshman year at Cathedral High School during our first period World History class. We've been best friends ever since and both live in Chicago. --Abbie
Best Man
Aidan and I met as fierce rivals playing pole tag as elementary schoolers after Sunday Mass. He claims he was faster; I claim he has a selective memory. Our friendship has evolved over time through a mutual love of backwater swimming, cooking, debate, and the Buffalo Bills. A healthy combination of all four kept us sane in Ithaca during COVID and in contact while afar. Aidan resides in Washington, D.C. --Francis
Bridesmaid
Annie is my spunky little sister and is one of the best surprises of my life (I am 11 1/2 years older). She is currently attending Cathedral High School (class of 2028) and killing it in show choir and tennis. --Abbie
Groomsman
Yaateh and I are childhood friends from going to the same schools, church, jazz band, and (briefly) the same swim team in Ithaca. When we were 12, Yaateh watched me devour three full dinners, two donuts, a handful of movie theater pizzas, and a nice hearty breakfast the next morning. Yaateh has since become an excellent cook (no correlation) and recently moved cross country from San Francisco to NYC. --Francis
Bridesmaid
Siena is my BIG sister (she's older and claims to be in charge). She kept our childhoods loud and interesting by convincing our parents to get a dog multiple times, bringing home a drumkit, and writing and directing short films. Siena loves her rescue animals Ande, Eda, and Pip, and she resides in Houston, Texas. --Francis
Groomsman
Kyle and I are also childhood friends from Ithaca, NY. As kids, Kyle would host full blown Hunger Games [Battle Royales] in the woods. Now Kyle always has my (and everyone else's) back, whether it's keeping us alive climbing Angel's Landing or surviving New Years Eve in New York City. Kyle currently resides in Albany, NY working for a startup company. --Francis
Bridesmaid
Katherine is my younger cousin who is more like another sister. She is graduating from the University of Georgia in May 2025 and has a job lined up in Charlotte, NC. --Abbie
Groomsman
Luke and I grew up in Ithaca, NY together. We became good friends in high school and survived our senioritis with a standing dollar-slice-of-pizza bet on test scores. The pizza was an important supplement to our three square meals a day. Luke now lives in Cambridge, MA. --Francis
Bridesmaid
Abby (ND '21) and I became friends at the end of our Freshman year at Notre Dame over a shared love of Notre Dame Hockey. She is currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI. --Kendall
Groomsman
Mike (ND '20) is one of my college friends and senior year roommates who shared his love of skeeter sunglasses with me. Mike also grew up in Chicago and encouraged me to move to the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago where I would eventually meet Abbie. Mike recently moved across the pond and now works and lives in Bristol, England. -- Francis
Bridesmaid
Clare (ND '22) and I met and became friends after meeting through St. Clement Young Adult Community Volleyball in Chicago. Clare lived in Chicago for two years but recently moved to pursue her JD at the University of Kentucky, class of 2027. --Kendall
Groomsman
Diego (ND '20) is another college friend and roommate of mine. We had a brief stint doing Model UN together, and we would debate and discuss who knows what until who knows when in our senior year house. Diego was raised up and down the Americas and now resides in Mexico City, Mexico. --Francis
