RSVPs will be sent out in late February/ early March. We would love to hear back from all guests whether you are coming or not by April 17th via online RSVP or mailed in RSVP.
The ceremony starts at 3:30pm, so it would be best to arrive between 3:00 and 3:15 pm to ensure everyone has seating. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive away, so please ensure travel time to our venue.
There is no specific dress code, though we are following a theme of Wild Flowers and comfortable attire. If you would like to join in, please wear bright spring colors to make the wedding come to life! You will be outside, so please dress comfortably.
Yes, we love having kids at our wedding and it would not be the same without them. We will have fun kid activity packs to help meet their entertainment needs during the reception.
We are planning to have a room block booked at the Hampton Inn in Pittsburgh/ Harmarville and would love for you to join us. There are several other hotels in the Harmarville area and downtown Pittsburgh as well if you would like to stay at a different location.
We would love for you to let us know about your food allergy on the RSVP form. We are keeping the wedding nut free due to many nut allergies that we are currently aware of. There will also be a lot of Gluten Free and Dairy Free options to help accommodate with allergies. We will try to help accommodate your food restrictions to the best of our ability and let you know beforehand if we are unable to accommodate them.
There is parking provided at the venue infront of the Pavilion area. It is about a 5 minute drive from the hotel and there will be enough parking to help accommodate all guests. We are planning to find some type of shuttle from the hotel to the venue, but it is still in the works!
