4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
The bride and groom will be in the front lobby to greet guests as they check into their rooms for the evening. Check in starts at 3 pm. This is for guests that are planning on staying more than one night at the hotel with us.
3:00 pm - 3:15 pm
They will allow you to check in earlier, if you will like as long as you book with the room block. The hotel is only 4 minutes away from the venue and the ceremony will start promptly at 3:30.
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
We would love for guests to dress in spring colors and join in as part of the wild flower theme.
The ceremony will be outside in the grass lawn, so please be mindful that the ground could be soft when choosing appropriate footwear.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
There will be light snacks and drinks offered during this time. We will also have vases with your table numbers to find and create a flower boutique to take to your table.
5:00 pm - 8:30 pm
8:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Bride and Groom will have their last dance and be sent off for the evening!
6:00 am - 10:00 am
Join the bride and groom for a morning after brunch if you are staying at the local hotel accommodation! This option is only available for guests staying at the hotel with them.
