Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to space restrictions at our venue, our wedding (both ceremony and reception) will be adults (21+) only. We hope that you can still celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space restrictions, the person(s) *named* on your envelope are the only invited guests. We will not have extra room for surprise visitors or non-named plus-ones.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking available at the venue! The venue can also be reached by Uber and Lyft.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, so leave the fancy stuff to us! [an official description: " . . . dress somewhere between formal and casual. We recommend a cocktail dress for the ladies and a suit and tie or a sport coat for the gents."]

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45 PM. The ceremony will be outside and close to the parking lot, so if you arrive after the ceremony has started, then you will be asked to wait in your car until the ceremony is completed to ensure there are no interruptions.

Please RSVP no later than October 15th, 2019.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

In most years, Phoenix averages a daily max. temp. for November that's between 73 and 80 degrees. The min. temp. usually falls between 50 and 54 °F. The days in Phoenix cool most quickly during November.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be mostly held indoors with access to outdoors.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

We'll miss you! Even if you can't make it, please RSVP so that we don't have any issue with reporting guest counts to our vendors.

Will there be vegan or vegetarian options for food?

Answer

We will be serving BBQ and will have salad, mac and cheese, beans and rolls.

Will you have a wedding coordinator?

Answer

Yes - our day-of coordinator, Ashley Dickerson, will be the nerve center of this whole event! She will have all of the answers to your questions if you have any and will keep everything running smoothly. If you see her, then give her a high-five (and maybe a drink)!
