When & Where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, with the ceremony beginning at 3:00 PM at Annie Pfeiffer Chapel at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. Following the ceremony, we’ll celebrate at The Magnolia Building, just a five-minute drive away.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the chapel by 2:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00. Please note: To avoid disruptions, guests arriving after the ceremony begins will not be admitted.

Is there parking available at the venue(s)?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available in lots just outside both the ceremony and reception venues.

Will transportation be provided to/from the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to and from the hotels where we have accomodations at. We recommend renting a car or utilizing ride share services like Uber and Lyft.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’ve done our best to thoughtfully create our guest list keeping space and planning in mind. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name (or “+ Guest”) will appear on your mailed invitation envelope. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out. We're happy to clarify!

Are my kids welcome?

Answer

We cherish the children in our lives and want to create a special, intimate celebration. While we'd love to include all the little ones we adore, we've chosen to limit our guest list to children from our family only. If you are unsure if your child is included, please reach out to the Bride or Groom.

Will there be dinner served?

Answer

Come hungry! We will be serving a full dinner, buffet style. Let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions so that we can make sure we take care of you.

What is the dress code?

Please join us in cocktail attire — think semi-formal dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or jackets and slacks. We can’t wait to see everyone looking sharp (and ready to dance)!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

October in Lakeland is usually warm and pleasant, with highs in the 80s and cooler evenings. The ceremony will be indoors, but you may want to bring a light layer for the reception or post-party strolls by the lake.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 09/24/2026. If you do not RSVP by that date, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I am unable to make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let the Bride/Groom know and RSVP "Not Attending" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly!

Question

What colors are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

Our bridesmaids will be wearing a mix of fall colors, including, but not limited to, Terracota, Fig, and Olive Green. Feel free to wear any color that makes you comfortable, with the exception of white!
