Abby and Wyatt both attended Florida Southern College for undergrad, the very place where they’ll soon say “I do.” Despite having remarkably similar circles of friends, their paths never quite crossed back then. Years later, our friend called fate stepped in. When Wyatt moved back to Florida, he joined a trivia team with Abby’s best friends (thank you, Jojo Rabbit!). From the very first night, they were laughing at each other’s jokes and felt an instant connection that just made sense. Not long after, those same friends hosted a St. Patrick’s Day party. Wyatt offered to drive Abby, a kind gesture that, given her self-proclaimed driving skills, she happily accepted. That drive turned into their first one-on-one time, and by the end of the night, they both knew they’d found something special. From there, everything fell into place. They bonded over shared adventures, endless laughter, and a mutual love for Disney, which later became the setting for Wyatt’s magical proposal. Today, they live together with their beloved dog, Milo, who completes their little family. Looking back, it’s clear that every twist, turn, and trivia night led them right where they were meant to be, together, back at Florida Southern College, ready to start forever surrounded by the friends who brought them together.
