You will be missed! If you cannot make it to a wedding event, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no" so we can plan accordingly

I have a food allergy or restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know of any food allergies or restrictions during your RSVP so that we can accommodate for your needs. We will request menu selections a few months before our wedding

Do you have a hotel block in Mexico?

Answer

We have a room block and discounts set up for every room type - a lot of options for you! Please refer to the 'Travel' page on this site

Can I extend my stay?

Answer

You are welcome to stay as long as you like! Negotiated room rates will be honored the nights of Dec 3 - Dec 12. Please discuss room rates beyond these dates with Paradise Weddings

What does all-inclusive mean?

Answer

All-inclusive means that all of your meals, snacks, drinks, entertainment, and non-motorized watersports are included with your stay at the resort

What will the weather be like in December?

Answer

We look forward to warm & sunny days in Playa del Carmen! Highs are around 80F (27C) and lows around 74F (23C)

Are kids welcome on the resort?

Answer

Kids are welcome on the resort and we would love for you to bring them! The resort offers several amenities for kids to enjoy. There is a free supervised kids club with ongoing activities (ages 4-12) and on-site babysitters (for an hourly fee) that can come to your room. It’s your choice if you would like to bring your kids to the reception or take the night of! We just ask that you update your RSVP accordingly.

Does the resort offer babysitting?

Answer

Yes! Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the service and can be requested directly at the Kids Club 𝘌𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 Babysitting (0-3 yrs old): $20/hour per child, maximum 2 babies per nanny Babysitting (4-12 yrs old): $10/hour per child, maximum 3 kids per nanny

Will the reception be outdoor?

Answer

The reception will be outdoors in the Grand Garden surrounded by palm trees. Bring bug spray!

It's an evening reception, what happens after?

Answer

The party never ends! Meet us at the Gin bar after :)

How do I book excursions?

Answer

You can book excursions however you would like. Our travel agency, Paradise Weddings, has partnerships with most excursion companies and is happy to help as you need

What are travel requirements for Mexico?

Answer

Don't forget your passport! Make sure expiration is greater than 6 months after your travel dates For citizens or permanent residents of the US, UK, or Canada, no visa is needed All other citizens may need a Visa for entrance. Please check with your respective Department of Travel for requirements

What are COVID requirements for Mexico?

Answer

Mexico does not require proof of vaccination for any individuals traveling from any country US citizens returning from Mexico to the US do not need to provide a negative Covid-19 test in order to return home If you are traveling to the US first, please check requirements for your respective countries, as well as entry requirements when traveling back from Mexico

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have venue capacity limits and can only accommodate the amount of guests formally invited on your wedding invitation

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

For those attending the Nikkah, the Nikkah ceremony is unplugged Other than that - we love pictures! We will be creating a shared photo album and sharing the QR code soon. We would love for you to add your pictures so we can hold on to the memories!
