Most of the property around Granby Ranch is privately owned; therefore, the best options for accommodations is to check VRBO, Airbnb and Vacasa. If you would like to stay right near the reception without the need to drive after, I suggest looking for a place at "Base Camp One" or one that states "ski in/ski out".
