What is the protocol for COVID-19?

Answer

We know many of you are concerned and rest assured your health and safety are our top priority. We respectfully REQUIRE all guests take a COVID-19 test to attend our wedding, regardless of vaccination status. Please help us celebrate safely by taking a COVID-19 test by January 16. Text your negative results to Kevin or Rebecca no later than January 19. For the safety of others, if you are exhibiting any symptoms, please stay home and we will celebrate together another time.

Masks are required for everyone in indoor public settings.

Answer

COVID-19 tests are available at no cost nationwide. Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

We'd love to celebrate with everyone, but our guest list is limited due to venue size. Please do not bring a guest unless your invitation says "and Guest."

Answer

Due to limited space, we have only extended invitations to children within our family. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Open-bar will be available for a limited time, then it will transition to a cash bar for the remainder of the evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, street parking is available in front of San Carlos Cathedral and along adjacent streets. For the reception, there is a parking lot that can accommodate everyone.

Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is an indoor event. The cocktail hour of the reception will be on the outdoor patio, weather permitting. The rest of the reception will be indoors. You are welcome to go to the outdoor patio at any time.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want you to look and feel your best! Please dress for a formal occasion. Suits, gowns, and cocktail dresses are welcome. As a courtesy to the bride, please do not wear white (White, ivory, cream, etc.) Our wedding color is dark green.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We request that all devices be put away during the ceremony. Take any photos or videos at the reception, and share as you see fit!
