Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle service will be provided from the hotel to the ceremony and back. Please arrive at 3:45pm to the Fairfield Inn & Suites parking lot to take the shuttle to the ceremony. The shuttle will depart promptly at 4pm. Return shuttles will run at 9pm and 11pm from the Rolls Royce Foundation back to the hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.
