Here is what to expect during our wedding day! Please note that a shuttle service will be provided to and from the hotel and the venue. The Foundation has limited guest parking so we recommend taking the shuttle!

Ceremony

4:30 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Shuttles will arrive at the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 3:45pm. The shuttles will depart the hotel parking lot at 4pm. Please arrive to the hotel parking lot by 3:45pm to get on the shuttle. The shuttles will arrive to the venue at 4:15pm. The ceremony will be outdoors under a tent. As it may be cold in the late afternoon, guests may wish to bring a light jacket or shawl.

Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm

Light hors d'oeuvres and drinks to follow the ceremony.

Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Join us for dinner and dance the night away! The first shuttle will depart the reception at 9pm to take guests back to the hotel. Shuttles will also depart at 11pm back to the hotel.
