What Should I Bring?

We encourage our guests to bring their own coolers with ice (we will need lots of ice runs and assistance with ice), favorite camp chairs, walkie-talkies, EZ-UP's, mobile speakers, a camp cup, a water bottle, and any other camping gear or snacks they prefer. Download your music ahead of time for shared jams. *Please keep gear in the car until after the ceremony*

Sunrise Hike with Abby

The projected sunrise time is 5:45 am. It's about a 45-minute hike to the top. The venue owner recommended a hike (No official trail) that starts right in their “backyard”. Meet at the barn on the venue.

Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner
5:00 pm - 7:15 pm
We will be providing a rehearsal dinner for our wedding party, their partners, and our immediate family. Others are welcome to hang with us after dinner, but please provide you're own food, drinks, and snacks for the evening.

Yoga Sesh with Abby
7:00 am - 8:00 am
Unsurprisingly, Abby will NOT be instructing a yoga class. But might put a yoga video on the barn projector if anyone wants to bring their mat and join.
Campers Arrive

On-site campers who have not already arrived, please find your camping spot and set up with plenty of time to spare.
Happy Hour Mingle
3:15 pm - 4:15 pm
Arrive with time to park your car, grab a refreshment, and chat with friends and family.

Reception and After Party

Our buffet will be ready by 6:00 p.m. The reception and after-party have no official structure. Eat when you are hungry, sit where you want, and break out the dance moves when it feels right. No Curfew. Stay as long as you please.
