My sister is my rock. She is my company when I'm lonely, my biggest supporter when I'm feeling low, my mother when I need direction, and my friend when I need it most. Jessy has quite literally knocked me down, but has always been there to pick me back up. I am so grateful to have such a strong, confident, and supportive sister to stand by my side on my wedding day and all the days after. Watch out for her on the dance floor, she'll never shy away from a dance off!
Meg McDonald

Meg and I met on the very first day of law school orientation. I'll never forget feeling so scared walking into the law school, then sitting next to Meg and thinking, ok we got this! It was love at first sight! We've been inseparable ever since. I would not have made it through those 3.5 years of pure hell without Meg to let off steam with at the bar, on the couch or anywhere they serve mimosas! There is no one else I could sit in the library with for days and hours on end. We did it! What, like it's hard?!
Kaitlyn Cox

Many years ago, Kaitlyn and I were set up on a blind date by her Aunt Stacie aka, my boss at the time. Only a couple hours into the first day we met we realized we shared the love of offering our suggestions for just about anything and dancing like no body is watching whenever and wherever music is playing. Did we just become best friends?! Over the years, we have had too many adventures to count. Some of which we'll take to our grave. Others we can't stop talking about. We've worked together, played together, became basically body builders together, cried together and have shared many many laughs together. When the boys aren't around, she is my wife and I am her husband. Thank goodness Richie and Zach share a bond of baseball and shaking their heads at our shenanigans because they're stuck with us forever!

My drop dead gorgeous best friend, Jess. I can always count on Jess to be there when I need her. Whether she's an hour away or more, if you call, she's there. She'll always tell me the straight up truth when I ask, "Does this make my butt look fat?" "Man it's hot, do I look swollen?" Jess and I bonded over laughing at ex-boyfriends and pushing each other to say Thank you, Next when needed - next boy, next vacation, next outfit. You can find us either dancing all night or molded as one with the couch with piles of snacks all around us. Sometimes she takes a little extra nudging to get off the couch, go out to brunch or wear something that's not black but I wouldn't have her any other way! So if you see her in anything BUT black in Mexico, send a shot her way. She's earned it!
Bridget Johnson
Bridesmaid
Bridget, is the coolest person I know. She is my go to for all style, beauty, and food recommendations. If you see me in a cute outfit, you can likely thank Bridget for the inspiration. Bridget and Richie have been friends for over a decade, they went to college together and then have lived in Federal Hill only a few blocks a part ever since. When Richie and I started dating, it was a bit intimidating to join such an established friend group, but Bridget and Cory have welcomed me since day one! We have bonded over teasing Richie and our love of good food. I am so lucky to have someone who gets Richie even on the days I can't quite understand him to help navigate the difficult world of relationships. In Mexico, you'll find us at brunch sipping champagne to reward ourselves after hitting the gym.
Genevieve

Genevieve is my niece, my god daughter, my heart. Her spunky and witty personality is so much fun to be around! What Vieve says goes, and I'm totally ok with that. You can count on her to document all the festivities in Mexico, but be careful, she's sneaky. She loves taking photos when you least expect! I could not walk down the aisle without Vieve by my side. You can find us lounging by the pool eating ice cream for breakfast.
Lily & Olivia
Flower Girl
Richie's nieces, Lily & Olivia are the star of the show no matter where they go. Lily is probably going to solve all the world's problems while Olivia takes over the world, for the good or bad, she hasn't decided yet.
Johnny Cahill
Best Man
John is Richie’s cousin and the Best Man. Since starting college together at Virginia Tech in 2005 they’ve been inseparable. Though prior to that they had some rough patches. One particular time when they were 11, John’s parents caught them spitting in each others faces; man kids are gross! John also erroneously told his parents that Richie had supplied him with a playboy when he was caught with the contraband. You can consider the publishing of this story, as Richie’s payback! Of course college was a different story. They were in the same fraternity, studied abroad together and post college lived in Federal Hill together. John is like Richie’s brother and recently, Richie had the honor of being John’s Best Man in June of 2022. And if you ask Richie he delivered a killer speech and also managed to save the party. You see, John’s Mother, Richie’s Aunt tripped (at no fault to her own) over a shoddily designed step during the cocktail hour. She tried to end the wedding celebration before the party even started! Luckily Richie saw the fall coming and was there to literally step in and save the day. Richie has every confidence that John can rise to the challenge and pull off Best Man MVP!
Cory Johnson

Cory is one of Richie’s oldest friends. They went to college together at Virginia Tech, though honestly Richie isn’t really sure when or how they exactly met. He does remember that he couldn’t help but be drawn into Cory’s dark and mysterious vibes. Lip rings, laser lights and skeleton gloves will do that! After college Cory and Richie remained close. As it happens, Cory grew up only 10 minutes away from Richie’s childhood home. After college they were both forced back to those homes to live that sad, humiliating existence we call, “adulthood”. Two years later when Richie eventually moved out Cory became a permanent fixture on his couch in Federall Hill where they continued their adventures and got back the taste of college life. They both live there to this day as they swear to never return to full time adulthood. Ask Cory about the time he was nice enough to get Richie a new kitchen!
Jeremy Tosh

Jeremy - Affectionately known as “Tosh”. Jeremy is credited with introducing Abby and Richie as well as being the second best looking Ginger in all of Baltimore. Funny enough, Richie and Tosh actually knew each other back in college, through an acquaintance but lost touch. Years later they would randomly run into each other in Baltimore. Or at least Richie thinks they did. You see Richie couldn’t tell Tosh and his twin brother apart. Thankfully it was a glorious camping weekend when Elyssa, who is now Tosh’s wife, decided to bring him to this epic camping trip with her old coworker who happened to be mutual friends with Amy (Colins wife) which lead to them reconnecting. Fun fact; Tosh was Elyssa’s “plus one”, but ended up knowing more people than Elyssa. They’ve been fast friends ever since. After all, ginger's are a dying breed and they should stick together. Now one night while the boys were out celebrating a friend at McGerks, Tosh in his infinite wisdom challenged Richie to walk up and start talking to these three beautiful yet very intimidating young women. If it wasn’t for Tosh’s hounding of Richie, Abby and him would never have met!
Matt Silva

Matt and Richie met many years ago through kickball (AKA Coach Amy, Colin’s wife…again, good work Amy!) and ended up being great friends. They have the same sometimes ridiculous sense of humor, love of bourbon, and sometimes questionable antics. Though Matt might have won with his butt tattoo. Matt was always willing to lend a hand, including five hours of his time helping break down Richie’s kitchen doorway in an attempt to roll a free hot tub through Richie’s front door and through his entire house. A task that Richie was sure would only take 45 mins. Needless to say, Matt stayed the whole time and even helped clean up and reattach the door. Unfortunately, the hot tub didn’t turn on when they were done. One of Richie’s fondest memories was in 2018 when Richie was going through a tough breakup. It was then that Matt and his wife Melanie suggested Richie join them on this magical adventure to a land called “Burning Man”. Needless to say it was totally epic and one of the best trips Richie has ever been on. A trio that they hope to top when Richie, Matt and Melanie return for the first time since 2018, now also with Abby this September of 2022. Not to forget Colin and Amy as well! They all can’t be more excited.
Colin Dooling

Colin and Richie meet through Richie’s high school friend Andrew, who happened to be Colin’s cousin. At their first meeting they were drinking beer and bonding over life and career paths. That is when Colin and his then fiancé Amy (yes that Amy) were gracious enough to invite him to their wedding…in Punta Cana…the first time them met…yeah, strange people. Well Richie went, and had an amazing time. I got to meet some amazing people and act as Colin and Amy’s “Renaissance Man”. Richie was charged to fulfill all the random tasks that seem to pop up at wedding last minute. Naturally Richie killed it and thought that Colin should be promoted to Groomsman, for his excellent judgement that first day they met. The rest is history. If it wasn’t for Amy and Colin many of the close relations Richie treasures today wouldn’t exist. That being said, Richie admits, he’d have a lot more money in the bank given Amy’s expensive past time of planning vacations while on other vacations. Somehow always able to get Richie to participate. Mind you, he did go to a strangers wedding in a different country so he doesn’t have much room, nor would he complain!
