Children are welcome to come to the resort, but we ask that only adults come to the wedding ceremony and reception. There is a baby sitting service and kids club.
Casa Viento is the building closest to the kid's pool and kid's club. The kid's pool has slides and other activities for children. There is also a family club with games and movies for the family. The resort offers baby sitting services. Children are also able to participate in most of the adventures at the adventure parks.
Yes, we will provide a schedule of the different parks we will go to the days before the wedding once the dates gets closer.
The travel company offers travel insurance. We recommend the insurance the earlier you book. The initial $100 deposit is refundable.
Once you make your reservation with the travel company and pay the $100 refundable deposit, that is your RSVP to us as well. You can also RSVP on the website.
Yes - many of the restaurants require reservations. Saturday night dinner - wedding! Sunday dinner: TBD I can only make reservations for 10 people. This will be immediate family and close friends. Please make your own reservation if you wish to join us or eat on your own! After all, this is a vacation for you to enjoy as well!
Yes - the only parks you do not need reservations for is Xcaret and Xplor. Xenses you need a reservation for the day but can go at any time. The other parks and tours are full day activities. You can make reservations in advance by emailing: dxguestservice@hotelxcaret.com Please see the "Things To Do" tab for more information on the parks.
Every one will be given steak, unless you notify us that you would like Tuna as a vegetarian option. you can RSVP under the "RSVP" tab to select your food option. There is also a vegan option available upon request. We need to know in advance so please let us know if steak is not good for you!

Check with your provider, but a lot of carriers do offer service in Mexico. The resort also has WiFi throughout. You do not need any special converters for plugs.
When you walk out of the air port to the sea of transportation options, look for the people in bright pink shirts. They will direct you to a private lounge where you will wait for the bus to take you to the resort. It is approximately 45 minutes to an hour drive.
