Austin Airport is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the South Congress Hotel and The W in downtown Austin. Alternatively Dallas airports are about 3 hours north of Austin.
The South Congress Hotel has a fun Austin vibe and will be the location of the Welcome Party Saturday night. The W is an upscale hotel with a great rate just about a mile north of South Congress. Ubering to the welcome party is great option if staying at the W. Both The W and South Congress will have valet with higher parking costs for those renting cars.
If you will have a car to get around, staying closer to The Addison Grove south of town at the Hampton Inn Oak Hill Austin may be a good option. Unfortunately we don't have an official room block there. There are also great Airbnb options all over Austin!
