When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Garden Party Formal — elegant formal attire with a romantic, garden-inspired feel. We encourage suits and ties, cocktail dresses, or floor-length gowns in vibrant seasonal hues and polished spring-inspired styles. In short: have fun with it and don’t shy away from color. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing light pink, as it will be reserved for our bridesmaids.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the South Lawn in front of the Wyndham. Around 7:30pm, guests will be escorted inside to Easton’s Pavilion for the reception. For guests who may need it, an elevator is available to the second-floor reception space.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony, located outside on the South Lawn in front of the Wyndham, no later than 5:45pm. The ceremony will promptly start at 6pm.

Are kids welcome?

To allow all guests to enjoy the evening comfortably, our wedding is an adults-only celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the Wyndham Newport Atlantic Resort. We strongly urge you to arrive early if you are parking on-site or if staying overnight in Newport, taking an Uber or Lyft to the hotel.

Do I need to bring my ID?

Answer

Yes — guests who plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages will need to present a valid photo ID.
