To keep the celebration intimate, we’re hosting a mostly adults-only event. Invitations have only been extended to a few children who are close family members. If your child was not specifically named on the invitation, we kindly ask that they not attend. Thank you for understanding!
To keep our celebration meaningful and within the venue’s capacity, plus ones are only included if they are specifically named on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us keep the event intimate and enjoyable for everyone.
Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to find your seat and grab a drink. The ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm.
Our dress code is Garden Party Formal. Think elevated and elegant! Women: Floor-length or cocktail dresses in soft, colorful tones. Florals are especially welcome, but please avoid casual styles or white. Men: Lightweight suits in neutral or soft colors with dress shoes. No jeans or khakis, please. For more inspiration, please visit the What to Wear page.
Yes, transportation will be available to and from our designated hotel room blocks, as well as Manhattan Beach Lodge. If you're staying elsewhere, please plan ahead and arrange your own transportation in advance. Visit the Where to Stay page for more information.
Uber and Lyft are not available in the Crosslake area. For reliable transportation, we recommend Brainerd Area Taxi (218-828-1111) or Ole's Shuttle Service (218-821-1615), which are great options for individuals and small groups. Please plan ahead to ensure smooth travel to and from the celebration.
There is plenty of parking available on-site. You’re welcome to leave your vehicle overnight and pick it up anytime on Sunday.
Option 1: Fly into Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and rent a car from the airport. The drive to Crosslake takes approximately 2.5 hours. Option 2: Book a Delta flight to Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport (BRD), which typically connects through MSP. Please note that car rentals at BRD are limited, so we recommend reserving in advance to ensure availability.
The "RSVP" tab on our wedding website will become available once you receive your formal wedding invitation in the spring. We kindly ask that you RSVP by Monday, July 6. We hope to get to celebrate with you!
You’ll be missed! If you’re unable to join us, please RSVP as “Not Attending” once you receive your formal invitation.
