The World Forestry Center has a single address for multiple buildings. The address listed on the invitation will take you to the main museum building. Follow the signs on the sidewalk which will direct you to Miller Hall.
Yes! Our ceremony and reception will be at Miller Hall, however the cocktail hour following the ceremony will be at the World Forestry Center Museum. The museum is located on the same grounds just a short walk away. We hope our guests will enjoy browsing the exhibits while sipping on a refreshing drink.
No, unfortunately parking is not free at the venue. Pay stations are located in the parking lots and you should expect to spend around 8$ on parking for the evening.
Yes! If you don't want to rent a car, you can use the MAX, Portland's public tram system, to get around and explore. The MAX stops at the Oregon Zoo, which puts you a short 5-minute walk away from the venue. Public transportation will be most convenient for those staying in Portland, options will be limited for those staying in Hillsboro.
Yes! At the cocktail hour and reception we will have options for individuals who need vegetarian and gluten free food. When RSVP'ing for the event, please let us know of any restrictions we should prepare for.
Cocktail attire is encouraged but guests are welcome to wear anything they feel comfortable in.
While we aren't enforcing any specific health and safety guidelines, we ask that if you have tested positive for Covid-19 within a week of the event that you stay home and wish us well from a distance. Masks are optional at the event.
Yes! Look out for the gallery page as the event comes closer to find the link to our shared Google Drive. There you can upload any digital content you captured during the event for us to cherish over the years to come!
