We have blocks of rooms at two hotels in the Ballantyne area - 20-25 minutes from the airport, the venue and uptown Charlotte.

If you're flying in from out of town, you can Uber/Lyft within this area, but rental cars are also available at the airport. Transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony/reception.
