Schedule
Please arrive to VINS between 4:45-5:00. VINS will close to the public at 5:00. Please make your way over to "Hawkfly" where the ceremony will take place. Choose a seat on either side. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:15.
After the ceremony, please make your way over to the pavilion - the bar will be open.
Look for your table assignments as you enter the pavilion. The DJ will announce when the buffet is open (around 6:15 pm). The buffet will close by 7:30 pm.
The Maid of Honor and Best Man will make their toasts at 7:00 pm. First dances will follow.
Cake cutting is at 8:00 pm and then the dessert table will open.
Our special celebration will conclude at 10:00 pm with a final dance.
Shuttle service:
Pick up at The Shire Hotel @ 4:20 pm
Pick up at Align Inn @ 4:55 pm
(the shuttle will be on property if anyone needs to go back to the hotel for any reason)
First shuttle pick-up @ VINS @ 9:30 pm
Second shuttle pick-up @ VINS @ 10:15 pm
