Jasmine and Abby met at a time when all young girls are feeling confident and easily make friends. . .middle school. They bonded over the color purple (the actual color, not the movie,) the book The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, and a similar interest in getting into just a little bit of mischief. Through high school, college, early adulthood, and even now despite geographical distance, Jasmine and Abby have remained close friends and ultimate partners in crime.

Bekah Sims

Matron of Honor

Bekah and Abby first met when they were three or four years old, while playing tee ball together. They never had a choice but to be friends in those early years, as it was ultimately up to their moms deciding that they would spend time together. As usual, moms are pretty smart and it turns out that they made a good match. Abby and Bekah are honorary sisters and have remained close friends, shopping buddies, and book swappers for nearly 30 years.

Sarah Burmesch

Bridesmaid

Sarah and Abby first met during family visits with the Burmeschs in Chicago and Wisconsin, but coincidentally, they ended up going to Purdue University at the same time. (Although, Sarah was there first ;) ) At Purdue, Abby and Sarah were able to spend more time together while going on double dates with Andy and Harsha to see movies, bowl at the student union, and watch Purdue lose football games. Abby is so excited to be gaining such a smart and kind woman as a sister-in-law.
