McKenna Sternemann

Maid of Honor

McKenna and I met in an elevator moving into 8B of Bates House the very beginning of our freshman year at the University of South Carolina, and after a first year of shenanigans, the rest was history. She’s my daily confidant, even when she’s juggling a husband, a house, a job and three kids! Always the mom of the group, she’s Cooper Grim’s, our ring bearer, actual mama. So happy she’s with me on our special day!

Nick Graves

Best Man

I met Nick, Jay, and Kyle all around the same time when I made the JV basketball team as a freshman in high school, and the rest is history. Outside of my family, I've lived with Nick more than any other person to date, most of the time in rather tight living conditions. Even though we really didn't have to much space from each other it always seemed to work. From St. Louis to Tampa, Nick and I have been through it thick and thin. I couldn't be more grateful to have such a close friend down here with me in Florida for the past six years.

Rachael King

Maid of Honor

Also a part of the 8B Bates House Crew, our favorite Brit and adopted-daughter of the Agati fam, Rachael has been my badass friend all throughout my adulthood. She’s one of the most determined, goal-driven people I know. I’m privileged to call her one of my best friends and have her by my side.

Alex Sneed

Groomsman

Alex and I met through a mutual group of friends in high school. Sneeder has been a great friend for along time, he is someone that I always knew I could count on when I needed him. His home was like my second home for a long time, from shooting pool, swimming in the backyard, to going out on the boat we would always find a way to get into some trouble. Not to mention an epic trip to Cancun with him and his parents, Elaine and Kevin. He is raising an amazing son Alexander with his fiance Shannon and I couldn't think of better scenario than to have them a part of our day.

Catherine Agati

Sister of Honor

In 1993, this lady came along and ruined my only child status. Though we have our scuffles (what sibling hasn’t?), she’s been beside me since day one, and my first best friend I ever made. I can always count on her to lend a creative touch (film, photography, journalism, a jack of all trades), she’s inspired me in countless ways all throughout my life. Obviously, couldn’t imagine the big day without her!

Jay Weber

Groomsman

Jay was the first of the guys to invite me to his house for a party after our first JV basketball game and we've been friends ever since. Jay is a loving father to his beautiful daughter Harper. He has always been high energy and very smart. After high school he took a small break and then decided to go off and get an Environmental Engineering degree. Watching him accomplish such great feats was some of the inspiration I used to go back to school to get my degree. I couldn't be happier to have him and his daughter down here together for the first time.

Susan Cox

Sister of Honor

My soon-to-be-sister-in-law! You’ve always heard horror stories about in-laws, but I am lucky to say that’s never been the case. Susan and her husband, our officiant Clayton, fit right into our family since the day we met (but who doesn’t like football, a little bourbon, and cigars?) and we can’t wait to officially become family! They also are the parents of our adorable little Flower Girl, Hazel Kate.

Austin Shaeding

Groomsman

I met Austin when I started at Fly Bar. We didn’t know each other at all but the fact we were both looking for a roommate and we both have dogs, we decided to get a place together. I consider my two years of Ybor with him as some of my most favorite years I’ve had since living here. Not to mention Achilles and Mammoth have been best buds since day one. Austin was a great roommate but even a better friend. He and I were living together in Ybor when Abigail and I met, and very quickly Mammoth and Achilles welcomed Harlow to the pack. He’s seen our relationship grow from the beginning and I’m honored to have him by our side to see it into the next chapter.

Laurel Nason-Wheeler

Bridesmaid

One of my oldest friends, Laurel and I met at summer camp in 2002, just before our 13th birthdays. I was the only girl with knee-high striped socks, and she was the only girl with purple hair. Feeling a little outcasted, and after a brief conversation about Good Charlotte, we have been attached ever since, even always living miles a part. We can thank our mothers for the constant transportation between Atlanta and Athens for the survival of our friendship before we could drive! Traveling down from the Classic City (Athens, GA if you’re not in the know), I couldn’t imagine not having her with me on the big day.

Rachel Cunningham

Bridesmaid

Freshman year of high school can be difficult for anyone, but especially interesting for those with desires to join the Debate Team. Rachel and I competed together in various categories all through high school, even placing in competitions with our hilarious Camp Sunshine duo interpretation. We also ran off to USC together, and were roommates freshman year! Rachel traveled from Atlanta to help me on another life adventure, and I couldn’t be luckier.

Kyle Fitzpatrick

Groomsman

Kyle and I met while we both worked at Timpano Italian Chophouse in Tampa. Once we got to know him he immediately became a part of the group. There have been many epic nights with Kyle that I can't get into but above all else he has been a great friend since I've known him. He may have a large intimidating exterior but he is a big teddy bear on the inside.

Jillian Stavely

Bridesmaid

Jillian and I started our careers in beer together at the Terrapin Beer Company. Both former World of Beer employees, we quickly hit it off from our first meeting. We liked each other so much, we even both accepted jobs at Sierra Nevada mere weeks apart! Jillian has not only been a major support throughout my career, but in all life has thrown at me these last several years. Now living in Tennessee with her husband and two children, Ethan and Penelope, I’m so happy she could take part in today. Beer friends sometimes turn out to be the best friends!

Barnett Walker

Groomsman

Barnett and I met because we started at Timpano Chophouse on the same day. I remember looking over at him during training and he had the same look of disdain on his face as I did and we've been friends ever since. Barnett was one of my first friends in Tampa and he even helped me find an apartment in his complex when I was scrambling at one point. Over the past few years he got his real estate license and has been killing it. Watching him do so well motivated me to want to get serious and start my own practice as a Financial Advisor.

Cody Lillis

Groomsman

I've known Cody ever since we were little but we weren't always close friends. It wasn't until he helped me out by putting in a good word for me to get a job serving at Texas Roadhouse not to long after my dad passed. We started hanging out pretty much every night after work from there and I realized I had maybe been wrong about him haha. He was there for me during that time whether it be always helping me to and from work when I didn't have a ride or just lending an ear to listen. I'm happy to have him be a groomsman.

Harlow Quinn

Dog of Honor

Harlow came into my life during one of it’s most difficult times, after the loss of my Aunt Charlotte. She has been my sidekick since my senior year of college, my snuggle buddy, and anyone that knows her has experienced her overwhelming, and sometimes forceful, willingness to love. We can’t imagine not having our fur-babies with us on our special day!

Mammoth Mountain

Best Dog

It seems like yesterday when I fostered Mammoth and his sister at six weeks old (Nick was ecstatic). After caring for him for a couple months it had become clear there was no one that was going to adopt him but me. Mammoth has been nothing but the most perfect dog, companion, and best friend to me over almost our 8 years together.

Kylie Taylor

Flower Girl

Alexander Sneed

Ring Bearer

Hazel Kate Cox

Flower Girl

Cooper Grim

Ring Bearer

Clayton Cox

Officiant

When we asked the question, "Who should marry us?" Clayton was the first person to come to mind, and we are happy he agreed! He’s watched our relationship grow from the beginning and we wanted someone that knew us as a couple. Not to mention, his Alabama accent will be a nice touch!
