Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The deadline is May 27, 2022. Please RSVP online using Zola.

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3 p.m., and we recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early to get parked and settled into your seat.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony is at Pemaquid Point Lighthouse. The reception is at 1812 Farm. They are about 15 minutes from each other (by car). After the ceremony, guests can go directly to 1812 Farm for the beginning of cocktail hour.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors. The reception is indoors.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

At the ceremony, please tell the attendant you are there to attend the Abbotoni/Hemingway wedding so that they do not charge you to enter. There is parking available after passing the attendant. At the reception, there is also free parking.

Will there be any vegan or vegetarian meal options?

Answer

Yes, we will have a vegetarian option that also doubles as vegan. Please contact us ahead of time if you would like this option so we can plan accordingly with the caterer.

What do I do if I have an allergy/special dietary requirements?

Answer

Please reach out to either Sarah or Jordan directly so we can coordinate with the caterer.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We are having a consumption bar, where we choose to allocate a specific amount of funds to the bar. Once those funds run out, we will transition to a cash bar.
