Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 1st. If you have not answered by June you will be sent a message to reply. If you have not by July 1st you will be uninvited. Note that RSVPs are specific to each party. Please follow the rule of no plus ones or children unless approved in your invitation. Those that show up not invited will be asked to leave the venue due to limit of seats and space.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please make sure to arrive at the ceremony before 3:15pm. Guests are welcome to arrive around 2:30pm if they feel inclined to get there earlier. Seating starts at 3:30pm, do not be late.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Semi-Formal. Cocktail dresses, suits, slacks, button downs. No jeans, t-shirts, or shorts. Guests Attire Color Palette: Guests will be asked to wear the following colors for the wedding. Rust, Terracotta, Copper, Burnt Orange, Cinnamon, Mocha, Taupe, Dusty Blue, Steel Blue, Slate, Muted Navy, Charcoal, Light Gray, Muted Mustard, or Sage Green. Minimal floral. No white, champagne, ivory, or black dresses or suits.

Can I bring a date? Are Kids welcome?

Please refer to your invite. If you have a guest or plus one indicated then it is allowed. Same goes for kids. If the kids are listed they are allowed to come. Please do not bring extra dates or children, they will be asked to leave.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
See travel pages recommendations. All guests will need to find their own accommodations for travel and stay. If help is needed, reach out.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! Our ceremony and reception will be at the same location. There is parking in the entrance area of the venue where attendants will help you park. No extra-large vehicles or campers please. If disabled and accessibility parking is needed, there is a drop off circle towards the house on the venue for guests to be dropped off. Only family cars will be allowed to park in front of the honeymoon suite during the wedding for easy access. A golf cart can be provided to farther away parking guests that need assistance with walking or travel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely! We plan to have gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and dairy free options for guests. We cannot guarantee that all dietary needs will be accommodated based on caterer, however, inform the couple ahead of time and we will make sure that there are foods available for your enjoyment. Please notify if any deathly allergies!
