We’re Getting Hooked

When we think of Mal Pais we think meandering to get a cup of the best coffee in the world, a jaunt down the road to the fishing village to see what the bounty was for the trip, a morning out on the water in the kayaks fishing for the most diverse underwater species, mid day naps in the breeze (or if you’re like me, the AC), friends from all walks of life and family time. We hope that this place will be all of that to YOU. That home away from home feeling. Near the southernmost tip of Peninsula de Nicoya, Mal Pais offers rocky coves, white sand beaches, waterfalls, rainforests, surfing, and relaxation near a remote fishing village and Cabo Blanco National Park.
