Travel Note
Carpooling encouraged! There is parking at the venue and you're allowed to leave your car overnight if you would like to Lyft/Uber/Fetii home and get it the next day - that said, ride shares can be scarce in the area so be sure to schedule ahead of time if that's the route you'd like to take.
Flight
For reference, the airport is a 45 minute drive to Wimberley.
Flight
This airport is about an hour from the venue.
Travel Note
Fetii vans are cost effective (usually $13/person) and can be scheduled up to 48hrs in advance. Just download the app and schedule your ride. There is a 7 person minimum.
House Or Rental
This site hosts a hand full of Wimberley accommodations, they are essentially Airbnbs as each listing is an entire stand alone house. Prices are around $88 per bedroom.
Hotel
These cottages combine the great things that come with an Airbnb (i.e. full kitchens) with the service and ease of a hotel (no check-out cleaning). They're super cute and are about $130/bedroom/night.
House Or Rental
This is a family owned operation - 142 acres and 19 cabins/homes plus two four-room units and three ten-room lodges. It's just 14 mins from the venue and 1.5 miles from Wimberley square. There's a Pioneer Town on the property with live music and dancing. It's a really neat place!
Hotel
I believe this is the closest traditional hotel to the venue at 19 mins (but there are many non-traditional/boutique options closer by). The rates are about $139/night.
Hotel
Very cute boutique hotel close to Wimberley square and 15 mins from the venue.
House Or Rental
This website has a lot of options to choose from and great info about each of them - most are probably on AirBnb/VRBO as well.
Hotel
If you're looking for something a little more luxe, this spot is right off the square and has a ton of amenities including: jetted tubs, complimentary peddle bikes and kayaks, fireplace, chef prepared breakfast, on-site spa, etc. Pro tip: you can eat breakfast here for a fee even if you don't stay the night if you give them 24hrs notice.
Hotel
The name sounds rustic but these cabins have all the amenities and comforts of a hotel. They're right in downtown Wimberley and on the river - best of both worlds! They're 13 mins from the venue, about $200/night, and sleep between 2-7 depending on the cabin of choice. Or you can book the entire property to sleep about 21 people.
Hotel
This hotel is 10 mins from the venue; it has a swimming hole and tavern on site along with a tennis court, pool and nearby trails. The rooms are about $150 or about $625 for a townhome that sleeps six people.
House Or Rental
Airbnb and VRBO are the main places to stay in and around Wimberley - get a cute lil place or a large house for your whole family.
