Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW): 80 Minute Drive Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ): 80 Minute Drive Tampa International Airport (TPA): 120 Minute Drive Note: While you may find an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to take you from the airport to Gasparilla Island, there are no app ride services on the island. As such, we recommend renting a car for a smooth commute back to the airport when you trip comes to a close. Guests staying at The Gasparilla Inn may have an option to add airport transportation to their reservation. Inquire with Guest Concierge Services for more info (https://the-gasparilla-inn.com/concierge-services/transportation-rates/).

Gasparilla Inn & Club

The weekend's festivities will be centered around the Gasparilla Inn. The Gasparilla Inn & Club is a classic “old Florida” hotel located on the Gulf of Mexico. The Inn offers accommodations at its main hotel and cottages throughout the town. We have a room block reserved at the Inn with a special rate. To book your room, please call Tracy Thompson at (941) 964-4628 and ask for the “Engleman/Boone Wedding” block (please note reservations are not available online). *Only guests staying at the Gasparilla Inn & Club will have access to The Beach Club, tennis facilities, and spa. However, there is still plenty to do outside the Inn's accommodations (hello, beach!).

The Innlet

The Innlet, owned and operated by The Gasparilla Inn, is a quaint 'boat-tel' featuring bayside motel-style rooms, on-site boat docking, and gorgeous views of the bayou. The Innlet features an onsite pool and a restaurant boasting the best breakfast in town. The Innlet is conveniently located along the island's bike and cart trail, 0.5 mi (5 min golf cart) from The Gasparilla Inn. Boca Grande Hotel is located 3.7 mi from the Gasparilla Inn. For guests wising to stay at the Boca Grande Hotel, we will have transportation to and from The Gasparilla Inn on Dec. 2nd.

Getting Around

Gasparilla Island can be easily navigated by bike or golf cart. The bike and cart path runs the entire length of the island (6.5 mi).
