Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Abigail Lea Engleman and Robert Edward Boone
We hope you love this island as much as we do. While there will be festivities throughout the weekend, we also encourage you to explore it on your own. Below are a few of our favorite recommendations. Note: Some restaurants have dress code specifications and may require reservations.

Restaurants

~ The Pink Elephant ~ A BG staple. Great fresh comfort food. Finish your dinner off with a hummer, or grab one at the bar. ~ The Temptation ~ Locally dubbed "The Temp" and a favorite restaurant on the Island - Stop by for dinner or hit the bar late night. Locals say get the grouper! *reservations recommended ~ Sisters ~ Great pizza spot. ~ The Loose Caboose (Now Key Lime Bistro) ~ Stop by for lunch and don't leave without getting an ice cream cone. ~ The Pink Pony ~ Spot to grab an ice cream cone in town. ~ The Outlet at the Innlet ~ Best breakfast on the Island - stop by for diner style breakfast on the Bayou. ~ The Inn Bakery ~ A favorite spot for coffee and treats. Don't sleep on the donut holes.  ~ South Beach ~ A beachside spot for lunch and dinner on the south end of the Island. Stroll down for grouper tacos, onion rings and a pina colada! ~ Eagle Grille & Miller’s Dockside ~ A “finer” dining waterfront restaurant on top, casual, waterfront restaurant downstairs.

Shark Tooth Hunting

Finding shark teeth along SW Florida's white sandy beaches is one of Bobby and Abbey's favorite pastimes. Located just south of the 'Shark Tooth Capital of the World,' you're likely to spot fossilized shark teeth while strolling along the beaches of Boca Grande. Tip: they're black and shiny!
