Anya and Abbey became friends during a pilgrimage to Montreal. Anya later introduced Abbey to the concept of going to the gym, and Abbey introduced her to the concept of wearing something other than jeans and a hoodie.

Peter and Joseph were friends from a young age at a homeschooling group. They rekindled their friendship at university, where they enjoyed gossiping, knitting and drinking copious amounts of beer.

Mariah and Abbey are sisters, if you couldn’t tell. Mariah has been a big help to Abbey and Joseph in planning the wedding. She is the mother of two beautiful girls, with another on the way (at the time of publishing).

Charlotte was basically a real-life doll for the oldest three Connells growing up. She was Abbey's go to listener when she first started dating Joseph. She turned 16 this year. Wow! Good job, Charlotte.

Thomas and Joseph have been brothers since 2007. Thomas is often mistaken for Joseph, which he secretly loves. Thomas enjoys losing to Joseph at golf, 2K, hockey and really anything else they play together.

Nathan and Joseph formed a friendship on one of Fr. Mason's walking pilgrimages. Nathan looked after Joseph's blisters and charmed him with his knowledge of growing massive ol’ pumpkins.

Dan and Joseph lived together in their first year at university and became friends quickly. Dan often enjoys telling Abbey embarrassing university stories about Joseph that didn’t happen.
