Our wedding dress code is black tie optional. Tuxes or formal suits are preferred for men. A long dress or cocktail dress for woman. Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors; however, the cocktail hour will be outside (weather dependent).
In the invitation, you will find a ready to mail reply card. Please fill out and drop in the mail by April 1st, 2023.
Yes, we will have a charter trolly pick you up from the hotel and bring you back after the wedding.
Armature Works is allowing us to use their parking on a first come, first served basis. In addition to this, we will also be providing COMPLIMENTARY VALET SERVICE off of Market Street at Armature Works with the mention of the Bouchard-Center wedding.
We recommend that you arrive about 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Element Tampa Midtown Hotel. Reservations must be made prior to April 5, 2023 to receive the special rate. Please reference the Bouchard-Center block. Please contact the hotel directly at 813-353-0600 to book your room.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!
