Dowdy Park-Farmers market

Summer farmer's markets take place every Thursday from June 12 to August 21 from 9 am to 1 pm. Street parking or at the elementary school. There is also a little park for the kids to play at and pickle ball courts!

Bodie Island Lighthouse

You can reserve a slot to climb up the light house.

Cape Hatteras Lighthouse

Tallest Lighthouse in North America. Worth the drive, but plan accordingly for closures. Over an hours drive from Nags Head. You can reserve a slot to climb up to the top of the lighthouse!
