Where To Stay

The wedding is a deep drive into the Smoky Mountains. And the reception is at the foot of the mountains in Wears Valley. Parking will be limited. I would recommend staying in Gatlinburg as there is a lot you can do with your free time; going shopping and visiting restaurants. If you want a quieter stay there are plenty of cabins dotting the area and closer to Pigeon Forge. In Pigeon Forge you’ll find more live entertainment and amusement attractions as well, but it’s less walkable overall. If you would like to camp with hookups, there are several RV parks in the vicinity of the reception (Wears Valley). If you would like to tent camp, there are several campgrounds in Smoky Mountain National Park.
