Caitlin and I met through Delta Gamma, but our friendship really took off while studying abroad—she visited me in London, and I visited her in Sevilla! Brendon and I met in Mrs. Mixdorf’s kindergarten class, and we have been friends ever since. Throughout our years at North Scott, we played several sports together — including basketball, baseball, soccer, and cross country. Even after going our separate ways after high school, the two of us and Colin have always remained close and kept in touch by playing video games and watching sports.

Colin and I met in Mrs Mixdorf’s kindergarten class as well, and we have also been friends ever since. Colin and I played soccer together from our early years all the way through graduation. Colin, Brendon, and I have always stayed in touch by making trips to visit each other, constantly chatting about sports, and playing video games together.

Trevor and I met as randomly assigned roommates while we were both studying abroad in Rome during the spring of 2019. We quickly bonded over being Chelsea fans and became friends as we spent the semester exploring Rome and traveling throughout Europe. We were roommates our senior year of college back at Iowa State, and have remained close ever since, as I make frequent trips to Chicago to visit.

Marcus and I met in junior high and bonded over cross country and music. We both ran cross country throughout junior high and high school, with Marcus being much faster than me. After our years at North Scott, we have remained close and have had the opportunity to attend two musical festivals together.

Matt and I met the summer before our junior year of college at Iowa State, and we were roommates our senior year, along with Trevor. The three of us spent most of our free time watching Iowa State football and basketball. Post graduation, we’ve remained close and I’ve been able to visit him out in New York City.
