Is this a peanut free event?

Answer

YES! ABSOLUTELY NO PEANUTS! Please try to refrain from being in contact with peanuts 24-48 hours before the event. A severe allergy attack and a rush to the hospital can totally ruin the good mood vibes! Let’s keep this safe and fun!

How far is the venue from Anchorage?

Answer

About 28 minutes from midtown Anchorage (approx. 22 miles) and about 35 minutes from downtown Anchorage (approx. 25 miles). It is 31 minutes from the Airport (24 miles). Mind you, these times are not during traffic hour!!!! Please keep that in mind!

What time should I show up for the wedding?

Answer

Please aim for 3:30pm (to allow for possible travel time delays). We will be trying our very best to start promptly at 4:00pm with the ceremony. If you miss starting time and selecting your seat, be prepared to stand. 😋

Is renting a car needed?

Answer

It is recommended. Uber/Lyft ride will be approx. $100 + round trip. Carpooling is fun though!

What is the weather like?

Answer

Extremely Variable. Last summer it was nearly 90 degrees and no rain. Previous year 60 degrees and rainy. Check the weather report before coming! Layers are always good. ^_^
