Aaron and Nora met when he rescued her from captivity in a tall tower guarded by an evil fire-breathing dragon with nothing but his wits and a pointy stick. Okay, not really. They met on Bumble (the dating app) while both were living in Minneapolis. Aaron first caught Nora's interest when he revealed he was attending the National Corgi Racing Championships and Cupcake Festival (which she first refused to believe was a real thing). Aaron then patiently waited two weeks after asking Nora on a date, as she was too busy. On said first date, he not only beat her at darts, but his cat tore her shirt--so you could say things were progressing perfectly according to plan. For some reason she decided to go on a second date anyway, and the rest is history. They moved in together less than a year later, and were engaged eight months after that.
