· Denver Airport is about a 4-5 hour drive to Grand Junction depending on the time of day · Salt Lake City Airport is about a 4-5 hour drive to Grand Junction depending on the time of day · There are also some airlines (United and American) who fly from Denver to Grand Junction

Hotels: - Several hotels within walking distance of the church in the downtown area. Downtown area has restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Hampton Inn, Spring Hill Suites and Fairfield all good options. - Several hotels off of Horizon Drive and I-70 on the east side of Grand Junction (about 15 minutes to downtown and church). Double tree is nice, LaQuinta, and Holiday Inn. - Palisade – Wine country (30+wineries) and also peak season for Palisade peaches. Palisade is about 30 minutes east of downtown Grand Junction along the I-70 corridor. Palisade also offers easy access to the Colorado River and you could fish right outside your back door. · Wine Country Inn – About $200/night · The Homestead – About $300/night or private villa for large group · VRBO several large houses for big groups within walking distance to wineries and town Camping/Glamping: - Palisade basecamp luxury RV resort next to the Colorado River. They also rent small year-round cabins. - Highland State Park (Loma) also has camping · VRBO/ABNB – Lots of options in Grand Junction or Palisada towns to look at are: Grand Junction, Palisade, Redlands and Fruita

Things to do in the Grand Junction area: · National Monument: drive, hike, and great views. About $25 to get in. · Golfing: Redlands Mesa (#1 in Colorado per website), Tiara Rado, Adobe Creek National in Fruita · Downtown shops and restaurants · Breweries, Wineries, and Distilleries in Palisade, Grand Junction, and Fruita · Highland Lake for swimming, BBQ'ing, or hanging in the sun Things to do off of the I-70 corridor (on way to Grand Junction): · Winter Park – lay over and enjoy the cooler temps · Vail (also cooler temps) - Golf courses Eagle-Vail or Gypsum · Glenwood Springs (1.5 hours to Grand Junction) Sites to see in the surrounding area (couple hours away): · Arches National Park (about an 1.5 hours from Grand Junction)· · Ouray (2 hours) · Black Canyon of Gunnison National Park (about 1.5 hours from Grand Junction) · Aspen (about 2.5 hours from Grand Junction) · Telluride (2.5 hours from Grand Junction)
