Disneyland Resort
What better way to spend your trip at the Happiest Place on Earth?! Disneyland Resort has two parks, Disneyland Park, California Adventure, and one shopping district, Downtown Disney. Disneyland Resort is offering discounted tickets. Click “View” down below to get your theme park tickets! If you are Active Duty, Veteran, or Spouse of an Armed Forces Member: Check your Local MWR Office or Website. MWR offers the “Salute the Troop” 3-Day Park-Hopper Tickets at a very discounted Rate. Additionally, they may have discounted hotel rates. Fun Little Fact: Aaron proposed to Savvy in Grizzly Peak Runway, which is adjacent to Soarin’ Around the World in Disney’s California Adventure Park.
The Fifth at the Rooftop
The Fifth at the Rooftop is a fun, vibing, rooftop bar and restaurant on top of the Grand Legacy at the Park Hotel. The restaurant faces Disneyland and California Adventure from Harbor Boulevard. The food and drinks from this restaurant are amazing and the views from the restaurant are absolutely stunning! TIPS: Online reservations open up a month in advance. They do tend go out quickly! -If you make an online reservation, you can only have up to a Party of Six (6). If you have more than 6, you would have to call the restaurant at (714) 772-0899 to get your reservation. Each table has a 90 minute limit. No drink limit. If you go to the restaurant on the weekend, then we would highly recommend to get your reservation for 8:30 PM or 9:00 PM. Fireworks start between 9:15 to 9:30 PM. You will get a stunning view of the fireworks. The restaurant plays the same soundtrack that is played at Disneyland when the show is going on.
Irvine Spectrum Center
Irvine Spectrum Center is a big, outdoor, fun shopping mall! It is approximately 30 minutes south of Disneyland Resort. The Spectrum Center includes some of the following stores: Hello Kitty Cafe - Super cute cafe and foods themed based off of Hello Kitty Honey & Butter - Sweet Macaroons! Lip Lab - Create your own Lipstick, Lip Gloss, or Lip Balm! You get to create and name your own shade.
Gudetama Cafe
Sanrio’s Favorite Lazy Egg, Gudetama, has a cafe location in Buena Park! It is approximately 20 minutes away from Disneyland Resort. Just like the Hello Kitty Cafe, this cafe has themed-dishes and drinks based off Gudetama.
Huntington Beach
Very popular, very laidback, Orange County Beach City! Huntington Beach is a beautiful beach and city approximately 35 minutes away from Disneyland Resort. There are many different restaurants and attractions to try there. The waves are pretty decent here. So it’s a great spot for surfing!
Broken Spirits Anaheim
A heavily inspired Disney-themed bar and restaurant, that’s not in Disneyland Resort! It’s approximately 10 minutes away from the Disneyland Resort. TIPS: It is highly recommended to take an Uber/Lyft/Taxi because there is only street parking.
