To allow the hosts and guests a night to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day ADULTS ONLY without exception. Our venue does have capacity limits; therefore, invitations will state the names of all invited guests along with the number of seats reserved in your honor. We ask that you not add additional names to the invitation or bring additional guests to the event. Please reach out if you have any questions and thank you so much for your understanding!
Downtown Albany can often be challenging to navigate and find parking. 90 State Events offers valet service beginning approximately 60 minutes before the ceremony. Cars will be parked in a neighboring parking garage and can be retrieved when desired.
Yes! the ceremony and the reception will take place inside 90 State Street. Immediately following the ceremony, guests will be led to a cocktail hour upstairs while the ceremony space is broken down and the reception is set up. Enjoy and Cheers!
We’ve been together for more than a year or two... 😉 While we have a few items listed, we don’t really need anything new! Yes! We have reserved a block of rooms at the Renaissance Hotel-- less than a 5 minute walk from the venue. Please see the 'Hotel Accommodations & Event Parking' tab for more information and a direct link to our block of rooms at a discounted rate. If you prefer to call, please refer to the 'Gettings-Sorell' wedding when booking.
Due to the close proximity to the Renaissance Hotel and Event Valet Parking, we will not be offering a shuttle service.
There are currently no COVID restrictions and/or rules. Please continue to check back and we will let you know if anything changes.
The RSVP is due no later than May 18, 2022 (via our website or mail in card) in order to give our venue the most accurate head count. If you do not reply by the date needed you can still show up, but you’ll need to bring your OWN CHAIR & SANDWICH. Just Kidding... Kind of… 😉
