Covid-19: Is the wedding still on?

Answer

Due to the current local Covid-19 restrictions, we are limited to a small number of guests in-person, but are planning to livestream our ceremony at St. Stanislaus church over Zoom. We would be so happy if you are able to celebrate our marriage with us virtually on February 13th. We will be posting the Zoom link on this website prior to the wedding, so please check back closer to the date. While this isn't what we had originally planned, we are excited to make the best of getting married during the pandemic. Love you and feeling extra thankful for all of you this holiday season ♥.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

We highly recommend having a car for the weekend. The closest large airport to the Modesto/Turlock area is over an hour away. Also, the ceremony and reception are located about 20 minutes from each other.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Formal attire is preferred.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We both have very big families and space is limited so we had to limit our guest list to adults only.

Will there be a break between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We anticipate the ceremony ending around 2:45 with the reception starting at 3:30. However, the reception space is a 25 minute drive from the ceremony so we believe it would be best for the guests to head straight to the reception after the ceremony.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

February in the Central Valley can range from low 50s to high 70s. We recommend checking the weather before traveling and dressing accordingly.

Will the reception be outdoors?

Answer

Cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors but dinner and dancing will be inside.
