Passed appetizers served during cocktail hour: Stuffed Sweet Peppadews whipped goat cheese, shallot, gremolata Mini Crab Cakes with cajun hollandaise, chive Crispy Risotto Balls with lemon aioli Pork Belly Bites citrus glaze, salsa verde. First Course-Mixed Greens with white wine vinaigrette, garden herbs, shallots, cucumber and radish. Main Course- Roasted Chicken (Boneless) with mushroom marsala Braised Beef with beef jus, parsley Pommes Pureé with chives, olive oil Roasted Root Vegetables with candied pecans, balsamic glaze. Dessert- 2-Tiered Wedding Cake Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake + Raspberry Filling + Chocolate icing
