We are excited to have both our wedding and reception at The Sycamore at Mallow Run. 7070 Whiteland Road Bargersville, IN 46106 Seating for our outdoor wedding ceremony on the vineyard lawn will begin at 4:00pm with the ceremony taking place at 4:30pm. This will be followed by an indoor cocktail hour before dinner is served at 6:00pm. Drinks and dancing will last until 11pm, so please work on your leg strength and cardio. You will need them.

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, as well as summer dresses and men's semi-formal attire.

Seating for the ceremony will open at 4:00pm and guests will be asked to be seated by 4:20pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm on the vineyard lawn.

Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

After the ceremony drinks will flow and delicious appetizers will be available inside the air conditioned venue. Lawn games, a fire pit, and a covered outdoor space will be available for other entertainment options.

Dinner

6:15 pm - 7:30 pm

Our dinner will be a Mexican buffet including vegan and gluten-free options to meet the needs of those dietary restrictions.

Reception

7:30 pm - 11:00 pm

We can't wait to party with you! The venue closes at 11pm, so we expect to be dancing until 10:59.
