Travel and Transportation to Gold Beach, Oregon

Gold Beach is a bit off the beaten path, which is part of the beauty. Arrival & Departure Please plan to arrive at the lodge between 3:00–4:00 PM on Friday, July 31. We’ll gather after everyone arrives to kick off the weekend. We’ve reserved the lodge for the weekend (Friday, July 31st-Monday , August 3rd). Guests are welcome to stay through Sunday night, with departure on Monday, August 3 by late morning. Athough a Sunday departure is okay too! Airport options: Arcata–Eureka Airport (ACV) – Arcata, CA · ~1.5 hours south (served by United Airlines and often the most convenient option) Del Norte County Regional Airport (CEC) – Crescent City, CA · ~1 hour south Rogue Valley International–Medford Airport (MFR) – Medford, OR · ~2 hours inland Portland International Airport (PDX) – Portland, OR · ~4.5–5 hours north San Francisco International Airport (SFO) – San Francisco, CA · ~6 hours south All airports require a drive to Gold Beach. With a full wedding weekend planned, we won’t be able to provide airport transportation. Please plan travel accordingly and coordinate carpools if possible — we’re happy to help connect anyone flying into the same airport. If you have time to extend your trip, flying into Portland or San Francisco would be a beautiful coastal/redwood drive. It’s a stunning part of the country and well worth exploring for a few extra days. Thank you for making the journey for our wedding weekend!
