General information

Nicaragua main language Spanish; but you will find a lot of English speakers that can assist you. There is only one international airport located in Managua, the capital. No direct flights from the USA to Nicaragua are available at this moment, just connecting flights. You can take a connecting flight to Managua, Nicaragua or a direct flight to Liberia, Costa Rica. If traveling to Liberia, you need to take a ground transportation to the Nicaragua border (please go to FAQs transportation for more info). If traveling to Managua , Avianca airlines is the most recommended, but traveling to Liberia Costa Rica, can be most affordable. Check the FAQs section for more information or contact us.
