Our Adventures

Our first dates included: talking for 3 hours over Pizza and Craft Beer, Aaron baking Katie a loaf of bread, axe throwing, and feeding honeysuckle to some goats.

For Katie's Birthday in October 2022 we went to the Ohio Renaissance Festival with Faryn, Jessica, and Mike!

January 2023: Max & Erin's wedding!

In February 2023 we bought our condo and began renovating... lots of renovating.

In February 2023 we visited Katie Hayes in Arizona! Seeing the Grand Canyon and hiking Camelback.

In April 2023 Aaron took Katie on her first outdoor rock climbing trip to the Red River Gorge to try her skills on some real sandstone!

October 2023: Parker and Jen's wedding!

January 2024: We visited Kalen in Seattle for a ski trip to Crystal Mountain!

In March 2024 we got engaged! Having a picnic and revisiting the goats we met on our third date!

June 2024: Jessica & Mike's wedding!

In September 2024 we took a trip to Japan! After nearly having our flight canceled for a typhoon, our first stop was Tokyo.

Next on our Japan itinerary was Hakone, a beautiful hot-spring town in the foothills of Mt. Fuji. Our favorite parts were: the food, our private outdoor hot spring, and the Hakone Glass Museum.

Our last stop in Japan was Kyoto! Where we visited picturesque shrines and temples, learned to make ramen from scratch, and met the incredibly chill deer of Nara Park.
