What will be the COVID restrictions?

Answer

As of August 6th, we're happy to announce that the majority of our guests have been vaccinated. If you are vaccinated, you do not have to wear a mask. If you are unvaccinated, we highly recommend you wear a mask when indoors (while mingling, getting a drink from the bar, using the restroom), but do not have to wear a mask when sitting at your table eating and drinking.

When is the cut-off for discount hotel reservations at Bonvey?

Answer

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before, (the “7/7/2021”). At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the Rosa Kalin Wedding group rate after this date.

Will parking be available?

Answer

We will have a discounted valet rate set up at $10 per vehicle. You will need to advise the valet team that you are there for the Rosa Kalin Wedding in order to ensure they receive the discounted parking rate.
