We met freshmen year of college at Rutgers University. We lived on the same floor of our dorm. One night our floor's RA tasked Adrienne with painting/decorating one of the windows. Alex noticed Adrienne was painting the window all by herself and he asked if she wanted some help……the rest is history.

After an amazing Valentine's Day fondue dinner in New York, we took a drive to Westchester County Airport where Alex planned a surprise helicopter ride. We took a scary yet exhilarating tour of the New York skyline and were so close to the Empire State building we could almost touch it. As we prepared to land there was a brightly lit sign that read MARRY ME. Our pilot landed the helicopter and Alex got on one knee to seal the deal.
